About: Before joining Sims & Associates Podiatry, Dr. Steven J. Cornell maintained a private podiatric practices in Poughkeepsie and Rhinebeck since 1982. He was born and raised in Poughkeepsie. After graduating from the University of Connecticut in 1977, he received his DPM degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1981 and completed a one year Podiatric Surgical residency at Jewish Memorial Hospital in New York City.
