About: Dr. Kolber is a highly experienced Podiatrist located in Highland, NY. In early in 2025, Dr. Kolber joined Sims & Associates Podiatry after being in private practice in New Paltz for many years. He has served patients in greater New Paltz and Ulster County for the better part of twenty years.

Dr. Kolber earned his Medical Degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA and completed his extensive Podiatric Medicine and Surgical resident training at J.C. Giuffre Medical Center where he honed his skills before going into private practice. Clinical interests include Diabetic Foot Care, Heel Pain, Sports Injuries. and General Foot Care.

Outside of the office Dr. Kolber enjoys an active lifestyle with a passion for playing tennis, hiking, and enjoying long walks with his wife and family. In addition to being active, Dr. Kolber enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures. A true Philadelphian at heart, Dr. Kolber loves the Eagels, Phillies, Seventy Sixers, and Flyers.

Dr. Kolber is accepting new patients in our Highland office.  In addition, he will be seeing Hospital consults and performing surgery both at Vassar Brothers Medical Center and HealthAlliance Hospital.
