Sims and Associates Podiatry is a full service podiatry practice that can service all of your foot care needs. Our doctors and staff are dedicated to you, our patients and providing nothing but state-of-the-art podiatry care with compassion and the utmost professionalism. We have a dedicated staff that can help you with any questions or concerns. Many of our staff members have been with the practice for over ten years and some over twenty years so they are very well versed in any concerns you may have. Our Medical Assistants are certified in podiatric radiology and trained for vascular testing and diabetic shoegear.
Our office manager Nancy is an expert in medical billing and is often consulted by other podiatry practices for her expertise and knowledge. She will be extremely helpful to you with any insurance and personal questions you may have.

Our State of the Art office in Poughkeepsie is conveniently located in the Medical Arts Pavilion at MidHudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center. Built in 2007, it is equipped with the latest digital x-ray, vascular testing and many other advanced medical technologies. Our Fishkill office is conveniently located on Main St. in downtown Fishkill with easy off-street parking that is only feet (no pun intended) from our door. Our Pleasant Valley office is located conveniently right on Route 44 in the Medical Arts Building with parking available only steps from the door.

The treatment of diabetic foot ulcers is one area that we specialize in. Dr. Lewis Sims is board certified in the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Foot Wounds. He is also a fellow of the College of Certified Wound Specialists.
Dr. Erik Sims trained extensivly in the treatment of the most challenging and complex diabetic foot wounds. He uses the latest and most advanced modalities with or without surgical intervention to heal wounds and prevent limb loss.
Athletic foot injuries is another area that Doctors Lewis and Erik Sims specialize in. Dr. Lewis Sims has been a consulting podiatrist for Marist College Athletics for many years. He has treated and operated on several of the most recognized Marist Basketball players. Dr. Lewis Sims is a fellow in the College of Foot an Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine.
Dr. Erik Sims is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and is also a Certified Wound Specialist.
